Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, concepts, and practices.
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EPIC preferred).
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursing assignments and develop competence through structured work assignments.
• Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.
• Develop, implement, and manage an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
