About The Position
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Directors and Managers.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- BSN Degree
- One-year Acute Care experience required
- BLS certified
