Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN License in Kansas or Missouri required upon hire.
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
• Must obtain Licensed RN - Kansas or equivalent within 90 days if hired with a compact license.
• Specialty Certification relevant to unit's patient population preferred upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred for all direct care nurses hired after September 1, 2013.
• Specialty Certification relevant to unit's patient population preferred upon hire.
