And we’re doing it by designing a dynamic culture where employee development, well-being, and safety come first. We’re unlike any other solar company. Our vertically integrated model gives us total control over every part of the energy lifecycle – from sale through installation and beyond – so you can find endless opportunities for growth. Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with. OVERVIEW Our Multi-Family Housing (MFH) division is expanding, and we are looking for a Staff Project Manager to be the cornerstone for New Construction. This isn't just about managing a checklist; it’s about building the blueprint. You will lead high-visibility solar and storage projects from the first shovel in the ground to the commissioning, all while helping us refine the very processes that will define our New Construction workflow for years to come. The Multi-Family Staff Project Manager - New Construction is responsible for the overall direction, management, communication, coordination, and accountability of project-oriented work efforts and the success of their projects across the MFH organization. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial-scale solar and storage projects for large-scale New Construction projects. In this role, you will help guide strategic initiatives to the best possible outcomes by combining your critical thinking and communication skills with attention to detail and orientation towards results. We will count on you to keep us on track and on time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on everything from corporate initiatives to fine-tuning processes. You will know you are right for this role if you like variety, thrive on change and problem-solving, and are a skilled influencer with the ability to build consensus throughout the organization.
