About The Position

We’re shaping the future of mental health care with AI-enabled experiences that enhance, not replace, the human connection at the core of therapy. Our north star is clinically-grounded and responsible AI designed to bring greater transparency, personalization, and continuous support across the therapy journey. Our work transforms therapy into an experience that’s more connected and accessible. As we expand our portfolio of AI experiences, we’re scaling our team to drive innovation and set a new standard for mental health care. We are hiring a Staff Mobile Engineer to build Rula’s first mobile apps from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define the technical foundation for both iOS and Android using React Native, establish best practices, and guide our approach to mobile. You’ll work closely with design and product partners to launch our first patient-facing mobile experiences, making mental health care more accessible. This is a unique opportunity to shape Rula’s mobile strategy and have an immediate impact on how patients and providers interact with our platform.
