About The Position

The Staff Engineer (ME-IV) at Oceaneering is expected to have mastery of multiple core engineering principles and advanced knowledge in related engineering fields. This role involves independently directing and technically managing engineering and design activities, guided by a Project Manager. Key responsibilities include tracking progress and ensuring the technical adequacy of design solutions. The Staff Engineer will also collaborate with various OTECH departments to provide engineering support for manufacturing, integration, and test activities, and will offer work leadership to junior employees.
