About The Position

The position involves providing guidance and direction to Financial Representatives, focusing on leading production results, customer acquisition, and agent retention. The role requires effective execution of the "Agency System" to achieve staff scorecard objectives. Responsibilities include offering functional and technical expertise to associates to ensure successful agent development for both new and existing Financial Representatives. The position aims to enhance Financial Representative retention, sales growth, client retention, and thorough training and implementation of the W&S Sales Process, along with networking and recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry preferred.
  • Experience in selling, coaching, and providing creative solutions to sales, prospecting, and recruiting scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Possess knowledge of the W&S Sales Process and demonstrate skills to ensure knowledge and skill transfer to Financial Representatives.
  • Ensure the "Agency System" is executed effectively within the Agency to produce business results and meet staff scorecard objectives by providing guidance and coaching to associates through various methods.
  • Manage and develop Financial Representatives by ensuring a thorough onboarding program and completion of sales and product training.
  • Train, coach, and develop Financial Representatives by creating and implementing a Business Plan to produce profitable sales results.
  • Act as an advisor to the staff by delivering strategy and direction to the Agency and translating that strategy into production goals for Financial Representatives.
  • Partner with the management team to administer recruitment and selection processes to acquire organizational talent.
  • Work with Financial Representatives to schedule appointments for networking and prospecting with clients and community groups.
  • Promote local incentive programs and sales campaigns to motivate and deliver production results.
  • Model and ensure ethical behavior and maintain organizational and professional standards.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to the Agency Manager regarding sales production, recruitment activity, and Financial Representative retention.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key individuals at all levels, including Agency senior management and Home Office support.
  • Keep current on industry trends through continued education and participation in local organizations.
