About The Position

Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring Event Team Leads / Staff Managers for a high-volume, functional sporting event in Dallas, Texas, taking place Saturday, March 14, 2026 – Sunday, March 15, 2026. Our Team Leads will oversee 15-20 event staff at the Dallas Market Hall (2200 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207). This is a high-intensity leadership role across a large-scale gym layout, managing staff responsible for real-time tournament technology, scorekeeping, and floor operations. Unlike a standard conference, this role requires a lead who can remain mobile, manage a widely dispersed team, and ensure technical accuracy in a fast-paced environment. We’re seeking experienced, tech-savvy event professionals—particularly those with sports production, operations, or high-volume people management backgrounds. Team Lead must be able to troubleshoot client equipment in real time, lead confidently on the floor, and keep teams running smoothly under the pressure of a live broadcast tournament. Important Environment Note This is a live combat sports tournament. The environment is loud, high-energy, and physically intense. Team Leads must be comfortable working in proximity to live matches where contact-sport realities, including minor injuries, blood, and active EMT presence, are standard. A professional, composed, and focused demeanor is required at all times to ensure the safety and accuracy of the event. Shift Details March 14th, 2026 - 8 AM to 9 PM March 15th, 2026 - 8 AM to 9 PM
