Help guide the development and execution of a comprehensive executive thought leadership strategy, in partnership with Analyst Relations, Product PR, Government Affairs, executive social, and Corporate PR and Company Strategic Communications team. Translate complex technology, business, and policy topics into clear, compelling executive level narratives that reinforce Qualcomm’s leadership across Personal AI, compute, premium mobile experiences, extended reality (XR), etc. Develop thought leadership content that positions executive as a forward-thinking voice on industry trends, innovation, ecosystem collaboration, and the future of intelligent computing. Develop and drive narrative at high-impact speakership opportunities identified and secured by speakership team, including Qualcomm and industry events, business forums, policy convenings, academic institutions, leadership summits, and cross sector innovation platforms. Messaging alignment & cross-functional Integration Ensure consistency and cohesion across all internal and external communications tied to executive, including speeches, interviews, social content, internal updates, and event remarks. Social media Serve as key partner on executive’s social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, in partnership with the executive social team. Develop a steady cadence of thought leadership content, executive POV posts, and amplification of Qualcomm/Snapdragon announcements, product launches, and ecosystem partnerships. Maintain a consistent, authentic executive voice that balances industry insight, leadership presence, and corporate messaging. Event support and onsite content creation Support onsite content development and capture at major Qualcomm and industry events, including keynotes, panels, partner activations, and media moments. Collaborate with creative, social, and product teams to generate real-time content that reinforces executive leadership and extends event impact across digital channels. Ensure all event-related messaging aligns with corporate priorities and strengthens Snapdragon’s premium positioning. Employee communications Review and edit internal communications, working with employee communications to align messaging and priorities, including BU-wide messages, internal presentations, etc. Serve as trusted partner to shape executive long-term platform and influence within the company and the broader ecosystem
