Qualcomm is seeking an experienced and technically grounded Staff Manager, Enterprise AI to lead AI business development initiatives across the industrial IoT and cloud SaaS verticals. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and enabling enterprise partners—ranging from hyperscalers to early-stage startups—to build and deploy high-impact AI solutions on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, 10+ years of experience in AI or related fields, and a proven track record of working with cloud providers and enterprise partners to deliver commercial AI solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends technical understanding with customer-facing leadership to grow Qualcomm’s enterprise AI footprint.

Lead technical business development efforts across cloud and industrial verticals, driving partner success using Qualcomm AI capabilities across edge, on-device, and cloud.
Identify, prioritize, and build relationships with hyperscalers, enterprise startups, and SaaS providers, focusing on emerging AI use cases in industrial automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven cloud services.
Serve as a key technical liaison between Qualcomm and enterprise partners—aligning solution architecture with Snapdragon AI capabilities, including NPU, DSP, and CPU pipelines.
Work closely with product, engineering, and AI research teams to guide external integration efforts and internal roadmap planning.
Become an expert in Qualcomm’s AI stack—including the Qualcomm AI Hub, AI 100 Suite, and SDKs—and guide partners in building performant solutions on our silicon.
Drive go-to-market (GTM) alignment for enterprise AI engagements in collaboration with sales and product marketing teams.
Represent Qualcomm in technical and strategic discussions with C-level, product, and engineering teams at partner organizations.
Monitor competitive enterprise AI landscapes and adjacent ecosystems to inform Qualcomm’s enterprise AI strategy.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

10+ years of experience in AI, cloud computing, edge intelligence, or enterprise software, with significant exposure to industrial or SaaS verticals.
Deep understanding of enterprise AI infrastructure, model deployment pipelines, and integration challenges across cloud and edge.
Experience working with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or startups in the AI/ML or SaaS domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s and MBA preferred.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess new opportunities and influence product/technical direction.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and technical leadership skills across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments and able to independently lead complex partner engagements.

$169,600.00 - $254,400.00 salary range.
