About The Position

Become a part of our caring community The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Requirements

• Bachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensed as a PHARMACIST in state of Ohio and resides in Ohio as well.
• Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
• Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
• Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
• Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computers
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must be Spanish speaking RPh

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years' experience in a high-volume community or mail order pharmacy practice environment
