The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik. Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.

  • Developing and driving the vision and execution of the Quote to Cash platform and its integrations.
  • Owning, optimizing, and continuously improving end-to-end QTC business processes.
  • Acting as a liaison between various teams including Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
  • Overseeing the implementation, integration, and adoption of QTC solutions and related technologies.
  • Defining and maintaining a product roadmap for QTC solutions.
  • Translating business requirements into detailed specifications for development teams.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QTC.
  • Leading and supporting change management efforts.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with direct ownership of QTC systems.
  • Deep understanding of the entire Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape related to QTC.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for QTC products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with QTC platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Zuora, or similar.
  • Experience in a high-growth, enterprise software company.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
  • Experience with process automation, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
