Staff Integration Engineer
About The Position
onsemi is currently seeking a proactive integration engineer with a strong GaN materials science background to join the GaN technology development team. . This person will work to understand the material structure-device property relationships, and drive device technology improvements through to discrete device qualification and pilot production.
