Summary of Key Duties As an ADP Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a Skunk Works program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools.

  • As an ADP Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a Skunk Works program.
  • You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team.
  • You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control.
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
  • 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable improvement plans
  • Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
  • Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
  • Demonstrated team building skills
  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
  • Proposal experience
  • Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
  • Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
  • Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
  • Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
  • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
  • Prior Aerospace experience.
