About The Position

In this technical lead role you will be an Industrial Engineering thought leader across the enterprise. You will develop and define NextGen Industrial Engineering processes and procedures in support of Advanced Development Programs (ADP). Your responsibilities will include applying advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes to improve cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity across the Advanced Development Program line of business. You will interrogate data systems and look for opportunities to surface problems and drive improvements. Additionally, you will drive process improvement efforts to ensure adoption and obtainment of intended results, and train stakeholders and peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline.
  • Industrial Engineering experience.
  • Excel Macros, Access database knowledge, digital production metric displays.
  • Experience with SAP, 3DX, or Teamcenter.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
  • Aircraft Production Experience and/or New Production Program Experience.
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Understanding of S-Curves, Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
  • Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively.
