The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is a new, foundational group within Corporate Technology responsible for architecting, building, and running the systems that govern access to all corporate resources at Lime. This team will own the strategy and execution of our entire identity lifecycle, ensuring that the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. This role is critical to strengthening Lime’s security posture and supporting our public company readiness by building a scalable, compliant, and secure IAM program from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IAM expert who is passionate about building robust, automated systems. You will be responsible for translating a strategic roadmap into a fully operational program. You will lead the implementation of a new Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, centralize our Single Sign-On (SSO) processes, and serve as the subject matter expert on all things identity at Lime.
