If so.… We are looking for a Staff Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Operations team to perform administrative, communication, compliance, and general HR duties within the organization. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human resources-related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Must be highly organized, efficient, resourceful, and comfortable in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, self-direct, meet deadlines, with a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain new information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, Stream).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other people-related matters.
  • Assign, report, remind, track, and provide ongoing management of all HR compliance requirements including compliance training.
  • Organize and implement internal employee engagement activities that promote collaboration and a sense of community.
  • Organize and implement regular volunteer community outreach activities.
  • Prepare written communications for HR programs and company activities.
  • Provide communications support to DEI HR Steering Committee, DEI Council, and Employee Resource Group programs and activities.
  • Maintain internal communication sites using SharePoint.
  • Assist with data preparation for employee surveys and provide supporting data for reporting.
  • Provide support to all HR programs by managing scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Develop and create content for social media campaigns to promote internal culture for recruiting.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the HR team.
