About The Position

This individual leads, plans, synthesizes ambiguous or conflicting requirements and performs the complex responsibility of the test solutions, Bring up, debug, validation and qualification of new product functionality, and deliver test hardware, and develop test programs to validate system-in-package (SIP) products which integrates system-on-chip (SOC) and companion chips using an ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms. Performs hardware/software test, characterization, device performance over process and operating conditions, and releases cost effective production test solutions into the high-volume manufacturing environment. Evaluates, characterizes and develops the manufacturing solution for leading-edge products in the most advanced processes using Design for test (DFT) and structural tests techniques. Interfaces with various cross functional teams (RF, Analog and Digital IC designers, Software, System Engineering, and Customer Engineering) to drive and incorporate the latest test solutions in the production program to improve the yield, test time, quality. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings and communicates and implements a development plan.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field and three (3) years of experience in a related occupation or a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field and seven (7) years of progressive experience in a related occupation
