The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $124960 - $165572. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. Are you passionate about Electrical and Mechanical Laboratories? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Electrical and Mechanical Labs team. As a Staff Generators Engineer, you’ll be crucial in ensuring continued innovation and supporting our diverse team. The Staff Generators Engineer is responsible for leading medium and large-scale projects to improve the lab's capabilities related to testing of switchgear products and to maintain the lab's facilities and process. This role involves designing, simulating and troubleshooting the lab's equipment and processes, focusing on the lab's high-power generators and controls. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing test equipment, test methods, analyzing test data and providing insights to support product development and quality improvement efforts. The Staff Generators Engineer is expected to coach other team members to ensure their development and skills retention in the lab. The Staff Generators Engineer will report to Senior Manager-NJC Laboratories.
