About The Position
The Academic Success Advisor serves as a critical member of the student support team at East Georgia State College. This position manages a targeted student caseload of undergraduate students, providing proactive, holistic guidance to support their academic progress, retention, and completion. This position actively supports a coordinated, comprehensive, and differentiated student care model, which emphasizes early intervention, data-informed outreach, and collaborative support across departments to promote student persistence and achievement. This position is on the Swainsboro campus.
