We are looking for a talented and motivated Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Farming Data Engineer team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping the world's farmers sustainably increase productivity using digital tools, mobile software, advanced analytics, and high-quality assurance standards. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for testing applications that ensure a great experience for our customers. You will provide solutions and build our Salesforce platform, React Apps, and Web Services, partnering with engineers, business analysts, and business partners to create a world-class application that improves productivity and customer experience. In this role, you will lead projects and initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders and analysts to deeply understand use cases, design technical solutions, and lead implementations. You will architect, design, and develop applications for internal users, customer support, and end users (farmers, dealers, growers) across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes, lead system maintenance, oversee periodic review processes, perform system failure analysis, and drive corrective actions. You will also lead in defining coding standards and the Peer Code Review processes, crafting durable, well-tested code with an unwavering commitment to product quality.
