About The Position

Requirements
- Extensive experience in full-stack web application development, specifically utilizing TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- A proven track record of building high-performance, scalable platforms capable of supporting real-time user interactions.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, quickly deconstructing complex challenges into executable solutions.
- A self-starting professional capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance and a strong sense of personal ownership.
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-moving product teams where speed and measurable impact are prioritized.
- Ability to work in an in-person capacity, managing unconventional hours and an intense, high-load environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain technologies is highly preferred; otherwise, a demonstrable eagerness to master these domains rapidly.
