About The Position

A deeply technical product team is seeking a Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of core systems, starting with a mission-critical observability dashboard used by technical users.
This role is designed for engineers who operate beyond task execution—setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and elevating engineering standards across the product. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and data layers, shaping how complex systems are built and experienced.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping and owning complex full-stack systems
• Strong judgment around architecture, tradeoffs, and long-term maintainability
• Solid frontend expertise (React or similar) paired with strong backend/API experience
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining the right solution—not just implementing one
• Deep care for developer experience, system design, and product quality
• Fast learner with the curiosity to contribute wherever the system needs it

Responsibilities

• Own and lead large, cross-cutting initiatives from concept through production
• Architect and build full-stack systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability
• Lead development of a core observability dashboard and related internal tooling
• Set technical direction and best practices across frontend and backend systems
• Partner closely with other senior engineers to make high-leverage architectural decisions
• Identify gaps in systems, workflows, and tooling—and proactively fix them
• Raise the bar for code quality, design clarity, and operational excellence
