THE ROLE: We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Developer to build and evolve scalable web applications, focusing 50% on UI (Angular) and 50% on backend (Node.js/NestJS). This role emphasizes hands-on coding, technical leadership, and system design to deliver high-performance, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and committed to driving impactful results.
Requirements
- Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, and responsive, mobile-first web application development.
- Skilled in Node.js, NestJS, and building high-performance APIs.
- Familiarity with NX monorepos, OOP principles, and scalable architecture.
- Experience designing solutions for complex systems, such as ad delivery networks or authentication.
- Strong ability to identify and implement improvements to workflows, code quality, and application efficiency.
- Ownership mindset with a drive for results and creative problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical work with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Build Angular-based UI libraries and components with pixel-perfect precision.
- Develop backend services using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive technical direction within your team.
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate work, and meet project objectives.
- Proactively identify technical debt and advocate for improvements that balance velocity with code quality.
