In this role, you will be responsible for fixing core reliability issues, optimizing performance, building monitoring and observability to catch issues before users do, establishing testing strategies that prevent regressions, creating abstractions and patterns that help engineers ship faster without breaking things, and driving technical decisions while mentoring the team through complex migrations. You will be part of a team that powers Harmonic's ability to process millions of startup signals in real-time, ensuring that our frontend serves hundreds of users who run complex queries across millions of companies, build sophisticated searches, and collaborate on deal flow.
