We're looking for a frontend infrastructure engineer to build the tools and systems that make our frontend engineers more productive. Your customers are internal engineers, not end users; you'll create design systems, developer tooling, and foundational abstractions that the rest of the team builds on. This isn't a product engineering role where you ship features to customers. You'll think about frontend API design, code quality infrastructure, and building reusable components that are a pleasure to use. If you've worked on a design systems team, frontend platform team, or developer experience team at a larger company, this will feel familiar. A few examples of what this role might tackle: Design system: Building and maintaining a component library with clean APIs, consistent patterns, and great documentation Developer tooling: CLIs, build tooling, and automation that speeds up frontend development workflows Code quality infrastructure: Type checking improvements, linting rules, testing utilities, and other guardrails that catch problems early Frontend architecture: Establishing patterns for state management, data fetching, and component composition that scale as the codebase grows As a staff engineer, you'll make decisions about our frontend foundations and drive adoption across the team. You'll balance building the "right" abstraction with shipping something useful now.
