Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics required; graduate degree preferred.
- 15+ years of engineering experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record in system architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and evaluate technical solutions.
- Deep experience applying systems engineering principles in early-stage environments.
- Proven communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Technical Engagement: Serve as the primary technical leader throughout early customer engagement, translating business objectives into viable system concepts.
- Architect Systems for Value: Drive the requirements discovery and analysis process to define a robust system architecture that delivers mutual value.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead collaboration across engineering disciplines during early engagement, ensuring effective handoff from architecture to development.
- Champion Organizational Growth: Mentor technical staff and establish systems that enhance organizational capabilities.
- Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the technical success of early engagements and make strategic decisions in partnership with Business Development.
