About The Position

Priority Wire and Cable is currently in need of a self-starter who can quickly contribute and complement our team! This position is for a Staff Engineer and will offer fantastic benefits and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally!

Requirements

Enrolled in or having received an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Has interpersonal communication and technical writing skills and be a team player.
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship or working experience in related field is preferred.
Wire & cable industry working experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Previous Wire & Cable experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical support to the company sales group, operation group and customers.
Assist in reviewing products quality and quality standards.
Assist in reviewing and updating products specifications.
Assist in maintaining and updating products listings/approvals from listing bodies and customers.
Participate in technical research and preparing for technical presentations.
Preparing/providing product certifications/test reports.
