Requirements

  • A Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience within power electronics semiconductor industry.
  • Experienced with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter design for SMPS / Telecom / Datacenter applications including lab skills for testing and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment like: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Thermal cameras.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in circuit design, layout and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, etc.) would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment.
  • Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level.
  • Support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits.
  • Create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials.
  • Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution.
  • Provide technical product training to internal and external partners.
