Requirements

A Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience within power electronics semiconductor industry.
Experienced with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter design for SMPS / Telecom / Datacenter applications including lab skills for testing and debugging.
Hands-on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment like: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Thermal cameras.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Fluent in English.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

A background in circuit design, layout and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, etc.) would be preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment.
Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level.
Support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits.
Create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials.
Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution.
Provide technical product training to internal and external partners.
