SEH is currently searching for a Staff Engineer IV- Wastewater Treatment to join our talented Water/Wastewater team! This is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates residing in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the listed location to be considered. Applications from outside of the listed area will not be considered. Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of wastewater treatment projects. Develop creative solutions to complex wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions and build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers.

  • Support the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment projects.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.
  • Five (5) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
  • Knowledge of regional wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base.
  • Experience designing multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
