About The Position
As a Staff Engineer Intern at Bohler, you will immerse yourself in the daily operations of a land development consulting firm. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the various stages of the site development process. You will have the opportunity to prepare concept plans and collaborate with team members to coordinate and drive projects forward. Additionally, you will research and learn about zoning ordinances while coordinating with local jurisdictions to ensure compliance and successful project execution. A key aspect of this role will involve visiting sites to observe the engineering process in action, allowing you to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application. Throughout your internship, you will receive hands-on training in AutoCAD Civil3D, which is essential for your development as an engineer. You will also have the chance to partner with mentors who will guide you in meeting your internship goals, ensuring that you gain valuable insights and skills during your time with us.
