As a Staff II Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous growth as we work on a variety of projects for local cities and villages.   • Assist Project Managers with technical and civil engineering design
  • Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources
  • Assist the Municipal group
  • Prepare site, utility, and roadway plans for agency/municipal review
  • Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications
  • Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors
  • Manage construction projects
  • Construction inspector as needed
  • Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and be willing to put in the full effort towards the task at hand
  • The candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • 2-4 years of experience in site or roadway engineering
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software is preferred
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred
