What You'll Do: Working as a part of a project team from concept through construction Building lasting relationships with clients and coworkers Contribute to community growth, development, and improvement Expanding personal knowledge and skills as you work on a wide range of projects Collect and help interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations and measurements, field testing and other methods Assist in preparing detailed plans and technical specifications Perform computations and process data using computer software or other established methods Assist in preparing cost estimates for design implementation Perform other engineering related tasks for projects (i.e. designs, drawing, site inspections etc.) under the supervision of senior engineers What You'll Bring: Experience in civil engineering a plus but not required EIT registration and the ability to work towards obtaining your Professional Engineering (PE) license Bachelor of Science in civil, mechanical, geotechnical, electrical, environmental, or another relevant engineering discipline An interest in helping with the planning and designing of projects related to water, wastewater, storm water, and/or transportation infrastructure Experience with Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and modeling software a plus but not required
