Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Staff Engineer to provide technical architecture and leadership within a team and across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and cloud-native architecture, consistently lead development of production-ready complex systems, and influence technical direction across the team.   • Expert knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong experience with observability, SRE practices, and operational excellence
  • Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across multiple projects
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • Experience building web applications and proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
