Requirements

• 8 years of experience in ERP consulting including experience in CSI/Syteline, specifically with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Finance modules is preferred add-on.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements in Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing.
• Provide functional expertise in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Infor CSI/Syteline modules.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users on Infor CSI/Syteline functionalities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Infor CSI/Syteline solutions.
• Assist in developing business and system requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing in Infor CSI/Syteline.
• Stay up to date with new features and best practices in Infor CSI/Syteline and ERP systems.
