Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis. Develop methodologies and algorithms for characterization, modeling, and scalable standards. Automate data pipelines and analysis using Python, JSL, C/C++, and dashboard tools. Collaborate across teams to link device physics with system behavior and product outcomes. Architect test setups using state-of-the-art instrumentation; manage wafer probe and ATE flows. Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings. Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert. Great foundation in semiconductor physics, electrical characterization, and processing. Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory architectures. Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems). Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and JMP/JSL for automation and analysis. Proven ability to scale characterization methods into production flows. Creative problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills. MS or PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with emphasis on semiconductor devices and processes. Established background in the world of semiconductors, particularly enthusiastic about device characterization or related areas.
