As a Staff Engineer on the DataBridge team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Hatch connects with the outside world. Our team is responsible for integrating with a wide variety of CRMs and lead sources to seamlessly pull customer data into the Hatch platform. We’re focused on building a scalable, reliable system that makes it easy to add new integrations and expand the capabilities of existing ones. This role is for technical leaders who thrive on solving distributed systems challenges, guiding teams through complex trade-offs, and driving long-term impact across the engineering organization.
