About The Position

The AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) Computing Lab is dedicated to solving the complex system-level challenges posed by the growing demands of future AI/ML workloads. Our team is committed to designing and developing scalable platforms that can effectively handle the computational and memory requirements of these workloads while minimizing energy consumption and maximizing performance. To achieve this goal, we collaborate closely with both hardware and software engineers to identify and address the unique challenges posed by AI/ML workloads and to explore new computing abstractions that can provide a better balance between the hardware and software components of our systems. Additionally, we continuously conduct research and development in emerging technologies and trends across memory, computing, interconnect, and AI/ML, ensuring that our platforms are always equipped to handle the most demanding workloads of the future. Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 10+ years, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD's with 5+ years of industry experience.
• An innate drive to clarify deep technical complexity, balancing creative visualization with engineering rigor to build analytical tools that make interdependent hardware and software models intuitive without sacrificing logical precision.
• Strong experience in full-stack visual analytics software development, with a focus on building scientific or infrastructure visualization tools. Experience in AI model visualization integrated with PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React and backend technologies like Node.js or Python-based frameworks. Experience in graph-based UI is a plus.
• Proven experience in WebGL/WebGPU based frameworks such as three.js or deck.gl. GLSL experience is a plus. Experience in WebAssembly with C++ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain highly interactive, large-scale and complex web-based visual analytics tools on AI/ML workloads.
• Design and implement creative and performant visualizations to assist in diagnosing issues or uncovering optimization opportunities in AI/ML inference and serving.
• Collaborate closely with hardware architects and compiler engineers to define, design, and implement effective visualization solutions enhancing their workflow.
• Develop high-performance visualization workflows by integrating independent graphics modules with micro-services to handle asset optimization, ensuring a non-blocking experience on the client.
• Continuously seek improvements to existing tools and develop new approaches to meet fast-evolving requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web development and visualization techniques.
• Contribute to the development of the documentation and user guides.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
