The Staff Engagement Director (SE Director) plays a critical role in the Global Resource Team, championing the holistic well-being and development of our staff. This leader is committed to empowering all Launch Global staff to flourish in both life and work, ultimately multiplying their Kingdom impact worldwide. This role focuses on bringing a Staff Engagement perspective to organizational leaders and peers throughout Launch Global by collaborating with other departments to seamlessly integrate it into each organization’s teams, policies, practices, and services. The SE Director provides executive oversight to the Staff Engagement Team, ensuring they effectively provide care, coaching, MPD support, Sabbatical guidance, strengths and gifting assessments, and spiritual formation to all Launch Global staff. By fostering a healthy organizational culture, the SE Director ensures that the SE team provides all staff with the support needed through life and ministry transitions, from onboarding to long-term deployment. The SE Director reports to the CEO and significantly collaborates with other departments to jointly execute various and relevant objectives. The SE Director is responsible for all recruiting, hiring, shepherding, and leading for the Care Team Sr. Manager, Life and Leadership Coaching Sr. Manager, Staff Experience Sr. Manager, and the Leader Development Sr. Manager.
