About The Position
We’re looking for a Staff Enablement Specialist to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. In this Staff Enablement Specialist role, you’ll focus on Knowledge Management, Change Management and Training. You’ll partner with Product managers and engineers in developing and implementing knowledge and content management strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the product and tech organization. Use your knowledge management, communication and change management skills to move our organization into our strategic future. This position reports into the Director of Capability Development and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
