Electronic Warfare | Lockheed Martin THE WORK We are in search of an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) System Integration & Test (I&T) engineering professional to join our team. You can help us take on the world's most important and complex challenges by providing solutions to a variety of technical problems. In this important role, you will be responsible for leading the I&T team, providing technical guidance and oversight, and ensuring I&T activities are properly planned, executed, and evaluated.   • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop and test complex EW Systems.
  • Support integration and test activities, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Conduct system verification and support customer test and certification activities.
  • Develop and maintain the I&T schedule, including milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that integration and test activities are properly resourced and scheduled.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
  • Electronic Warfare (EW) system/subsystem integration experience
  • Experience developing, analyzing and testing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures, including performance and subsystem integration, for complex systems.
  • Experience with integration/test planning and execution.
  • Experience with Linux Operating System
  • The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship
  • Expertise working with a System Development Life Cycle across multiple phases
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) processing for passive location, Angle of Arrival and/or Identification algorithms
  • Experience developing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures using MBSE tools and techniques
  • Strong risk management experience and expertise, including identification, mitigation and abatement planning and tracking
  • Experience developing and conducting structured test cases
  • Strong customer focus with a proven record of outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Experience operating complex RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment with modern DevOps tools and principles
