Requirements

Graduate of accredited nursing program
Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services
Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees
Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/ requirements
Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives
