Assists leadership in the delivery of services to patients, staff, and the SCH community by developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for the department. Maintains a thorough knowledge of insurances, and proficiency of all systems used, ensuring the integrity of the data. Understands that good front end practice supports patient care follow up and revenue capture. Acts as a role model and resource for the department. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
