Staff Educator / Infection Control Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care Full-Time | On-site | Greater Philadelphia Our client is a faith-based, non-profit long-term care community recognized for its tradition of compassion, dignity, and excellence. With a mission-driven culture, strong leadership team, and a newly built skilled nursing unit, the organization fosters both resident-centered care and staff development. They are seeking a dedicated Staff Educator/Infection Control Registered nurse (RN) to step into a key role leading education and infection prevention efforts. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse - RN license (Pennsylvania)
  • Proven experience in staff education, staff development, and infection control
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to plan, lead, and evaluate training across diverse staff groups
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Availability for primarily day shifts (M-F) with occasional off-shift training needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate staff education programs including orientation, annual competencies, and ongoing development
  • Lead infection prevention and control initiatives in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Deliver training across all shifts to ensure consistent staff readiness and compliance
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative leadership on quality and process improvement
  • Utilize PointClickCare and Relias to manage training and compliance documentation
  • Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and compassionate care
