The position involves collaboration with Education Consultants, Managers, CNS staff, and Physicians to develop, design, deliver, and evaluate education strategies and special projects/programs that align with clients' departmental goals and organizational objectives. The role includes implementing education programs and strategies to meet regulatory program requirements and organizational needs, participating in competency assessments and evaluations of new and existing staff, and contributing to ongoing employee performance appraisals.
