About The Position

We are seeking a Staff or Director-level Product Manager to define, productize, and commercialize CPU platforms optimized for networking infrastructure and adjacent markets. This role owns end‑to‑end product leadership - from market definition and architecture framing through execution, customer adoption, and revenue impact. The position is responsible for shaping platform strategy and roadmap across multiple high-growth segments including SD‑WAN appliances, network/security appliances, and emerging infrastructure compute use cases. The role operates with significant autonomy and executive visibility, acting as the single point of accountability for the product’s technical direction, business case, and market success. This is a senior individual‑contributor leadership role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
  • 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for networking‑optimized CPU platforms, including performance tiers, SKU strategy, lifecycle planning, and multi‑generation evolution.
  • Define the “whole product”—silicon features, platform software expectations, security/boot, reference designs, ecosystem enablement, and customer‑ready solutions.
  • Serve as the executive “voice of the customer” across hyperscalers, OEMs, and network appliance vendors, translating system‑level requirements into actionable product definitions.
  • Drive architecture framing and trade‑off decisions in partnership with silicon and platform architects—balancing PPA, cost, schedule, and differentiation.
  • Own the business case: TAM/SAM framing, pricing strategy, revenue forecasts, margin targets, and long‑term ROI narrative for executive reviews.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution across silicon design, platform software, validation, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and business development—without direct authority.
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy including positioning, launch readiness, customer sampling, design‑in capture, and field enablement.
  • Influence multi‑year investment decisions and portfolio trade‑offs, including reuse vs. derivative vs. new silicon strategies, in collaboration with executive leadership.
