The company is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer leader who can design, build, and operate scalable platform solutions that improve reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency across multiple teams and studios. This role focuses on platform-level impact and technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
  • Experience designing or influencing shared platforms and standards across teams.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with cross-team collaboration and clear communication.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving alignment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with large-scale or distributed, multi-team or multi-studio environments.
  • Familiarity with observability tooling, FinOps practices, and security automation.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers or acting as a technical multiplier across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve shared CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud platforms used across 2K.
  • Establish platform standards and best practices for deployments, environments, observability, and operations.
  • Drive automation and self-service to reduce operational toil and improve developer velocity.
  • Lead observability and reliability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and postmortems.
  • Partner with engineering teams to enable platform adoption and improve workflows.
  • Contribute to FinOps practices, including cost visibility, tagging standards, and optimization.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor, influencing architecture and practices across teams.
