We're looking for an experienced and passionate Staff DevOps Engineer to join our team, focusing specifically on Developer Experience (DevEx). You'll be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing the tools, services, and infrastructure that power our engineering organization. Your primary goal will be to remove friction from the development lifecycle, allowing our product teams to deliver value faster, more reliably, and with greater joy. As a Staff Platform Engineer specializing in Developer Experience, you'll be a technical leader and advocate for our internal engineering customers. You will leverage your deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, software development best practices, and developer tooling to drive significant improvements across the entire software development lifecycle - from code creation and testing to deployment and production monitoring. This role requires a strong blend of technical excellence, empathy for the developer workflow, and the ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
