In every effort, from receiving hotline calls to reaching family reunification or foster care and adoption, children and families are our focus. Serves as Staff Development Training Administrator for Central and Southern Region; Manages the Department's Title IV-E Annual Training Plan, Training Budget, and Training Evaluation process; Coordinates regional professional development activities; In collaboration with the Division of Quality Assurance, provides leadership in the development of a system of performance analysis that identifies performance gaps and develops remedial training strategies; Conducts and provides input into various special projects and initiatives; Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
