About The Position
The Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) / Infection Preventionist - RN at Buchanan Place Health and Rehabilitation is responsible for providing in-service training and professional development for all staff members. This role ensures compliance with training requirements, supervises nursing aide trainees, and maintains high standards of care for residents. The SDC will also participate in orientation for new personnel and collaborate with various departments to enhance nursing services and resident care.
